There are two different methods to retrieve your password.

If you have previously configured a password question then you can retrieve your password by selecting the same question and providing the same answer to that question below. Alternatively, if you have configured an alternative email address then you can have your account information emailed directly to you simply by pressing the "Email Password" button.
