The Options button is located on the left-side folder window and enables you to manage your email account:

Under the Email tab you can change how your name is displayed when you send email, decide how many messages you would like to show per screen and several other options. You can also create your own signature which can be included on messages you send. You can also change the rules on how incoming mail is handled to help reduce unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or to restrict adult-related content, perfect for curbing inappropriate messages from young eyes.

There is also a link to "Open folder management" from which you can create your own separate folders for sorting mail, link to other Cool Toad members shared folders or setup cleaning and maintenance to keep your account in top shape.

Click on the "Save" button to save any changes you have made.

Note: Only users with JavaScript-enabled browsers will be able to access the folder management area.
