Cool Toad Auctions enables you to leave feedback ratings and comments about other users, which helps others determine how your experience with that user was. If you are selling an item and the buyer pays you promptly or if you are buying an item and the product arrives as described then you would leave 'good' feedback about the other user. If something went wrong and you could not resolve your issue with that person then you should leave 'bad' feedback about the user. A users overall rating is calculated as the number of good feedbacks minus the number of bad feedbacks from each unique user that has left feedback about them. This feedback system is good way to help give you a feel for how other users behave here. For example, if you were going to purchase an item from a seller and they had nothing but good responses in their feedback then you may feel a little more comfortable purchasing that product from them.
