If you have a lot of items to sell or do a lot of business on the auction site, you can upload a data file with all of your items to be listed and have them all posted at one time. To do this you must ensure that the data file meets the following requirements:

1. Be a "tab delimited text file". If you are using Microsoft Excel® you can save your spreadsheet in the correct format by selecting "File > Save As > Save as type > Text (Tab delimited)"
    
2. Contain one row per item with exactly 9 fields per row:
    
   • Item listing number (starting at 1 and incrementing one each listing)
   • Item category number (you can lookup category numbers on the upload screen)
   • Item title
   • Item description
   • Item picture URL (can be left blank)
   • Quantity of this item you are listing
   • Item minimum bid price
   • Item reserve price (leave blank or zero for no reserve price)
   • Confirmation field containing the word "YES"

   Click here for a sample file. If you view this sample file in a text-editor please make sure that you turn off 'word-wrapping' as each item should be displayed on a single line.

3. Once you have your file ready you can upload on the Bulk Selling screen.
