greetings everybody, this is my personal homepage, dealing on political harrassment that I am suffering from for more than 14 years now.

my name is dale lee moen thormann, I was born in germany as the son of an italian mother and (as I was told) a US-american biological father. I grew up with a german stepfather, without any nationality at all.****After having learnt the trade of salesman, I wanted to gain a university degree and therefor left my small hometown for Hamburg, Germany. Here I took tests for gifted students without a college degree in Arts (about in '87/88), Political Science ('90-93) and Business- and National Economics ('94).**** While I had passed all three tests, I was noticed, that I had failed the test on Political Science.**** In it I had written about political-, social, business- and technical concepts I had privately developed on my own. These concepts were and are my personal brainproperty and they were stolen from me by members of the board that was responsable to check my tests.****Parts of the test dealt on righwing and leftwing extremism and the reasons for the different reaction to them by responsable politicians. Of course I had contradictory opinions on these things, having made my personal experiences as a 'immigrant of the 4th generation' as which I was (and even after my nationalisation am still) regarded.****Some or all of the men involved must have been connected to politicians. Very likely either/and/or via freemasonry, scientology, the catholic church, socialists international, international conservative party.****Regardless the connection in the first place, what followed was and still is more then a decade of political harrassment and persecution, abuse of my most fundamental human-, legal- and civil rights. The idealogical enslavement by a cast of political and administrational decisionmakers and their staff.****To give you an example about the consequences all this had and has to me, I would like to give you some examples: ____ # 1) in 1990 I was denied the right for publicly funded jobtraining for the first time, to which I was and am by law entitled to. And this continues up to now. ____ # 2) I was denied the right to study political science in the first place, eventhough I had passed the entryexam for gifted students. This is clearly a violation of the germany constitution as well as civil rights, since the freedom of choice of (work) occupation is garantied in the german constitution as well as the right of fair and unbalanced treatment before the law and the right of access to school education. ____ # 3) Later on in 1992 I was denied student loans to gain a college degree because of my italian citizenship I held back then (a clear violation of the same laws, which was confirmed about by a staffmember of an italian embassy. ____ # 4) Criminal complaints I reported to the police about possible bugging of my telefone as well as interception of my post were not investigated on. ____ # 5) In more than 17 years I was offered only about 2-4 jobs by the employment / jobcenter, which denies me the right for jobtraining. The same happens with the social security services to which I had applied for both jobs and training repeatedly as well. ____ # 6) People I didn't know at all before I met them at a public fundet workprogramm (I had sought myself without any support from the responsable jobcentre!!!)told me about my furniture in my appartment or faxes I had sent the day or night befor they told me about their content. ____ # 7) The same people knew about the trial I brought before the employment court concerning the (yet again occurring) denial of training courses (f.i. computering) I was entitled to. And which were the main reason for this very workingprogramm. ____ # 8) Concepts I had written about in all the university entry exams were stolen by the people mentionend above. These include f.i. the 'LAND FOR PEACE' or the 'TWO STATE' solutions for conflict between Israel and Palestine. Since there were (and sadly still are) conflicts all over the world that on the surface seem to stem from the very same reasons, like in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Cyprus, I had developed the concept of 'THE DIVISION OF INTERNAL ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS AND THE NATIONAL DEFENSE', which allows states to grant genorous autonomy to religiouse or ethnic or other minorities without giving up the unified stateboarders or their controll and defense. ____ # 9) Another concept I had develeoped was the 'OIL FOR FOOD' program for the Iraqi populaiont or the 'CONCEPT OF SMART SANCTIONS' (which should target political responsable leadership and not the suffering people.
